We're sorry to hear that you have product that needs to be returned to us, but we'll try to make it as easy as possible for you! This system will be evolving over the coming weeks and months... please bear with us!
There are a few things you need to know *before* returning product to us. A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) must accompany all returns. To obtain one, please call our customer service center at 1-800-824-0558, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM EST. Refunds are only made when an item is returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Exchanges will be made only within the items warranty period. The customer shall be responsible for the freight charges incurred to return the merchandise, unless of course it was shipped incorrectly from us. All boxes shipped to us containing product must be CLEARLY MARKED with the RMA # or they will be refused on arrival. At the end of this process, we will provide a printed label that you can simply tape to the outside of your box.
If your batteries are not charging properly or are not holding a charge long enough, we kindly ask that you perform at least two conditioning cycles on your batteries before sending them back. We will test and inspect every single item sent back to us. If it's determined that nothing was wrong, the identical product will be returned at your cost.
